If so join us in this exciting role as Digital Marketing Manager, lead on some of the key digital projects currently happening at Sue Ryder and contribute towards the incredible work we do.

The role
Not only is this a chance to project manage and lead on the development of our brand new website in 2018 this is a great opportunity to enhance your skills within the retail and healthcare sectors simultaneously. In this high profile, big impact role you’ll be our internal account manager for our corporate and ecommerce websites and digital marketing activity, lead on a broad portfolio of exciting projects as well as manage and develop our Digital Office.

Other responsibilities include:
• Manage the corporate website in addition to the ecommerce shop website
• Develop and implement the Sue Ryder website strategy
• Monitor, optimise, test and adapt content to increase conversion
• Use analytic tools to identify any areas of UX inefficiency that can be rectified
• Create KPI framework to measure performance of the website

About you
It’s an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running ideally you will be an experienced Digital Manager with previous experience of developing and executing a successful website strategy and running digital marketing campaigns. Project management skills are essential and if you’ve got experience from the Ecommerce space even better! Experience from the charity sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
