An established and highly reputable financial services organisation is looking for a proven Audio Visual / AV Technician to be based from their offices in the City area, London.

The Audio Visual / AV Technician will be solely responsible for maintaining the Audio Visual equipment across both London sites and offsite events. As an initial project the successful candidate will be asked to make suggestions on how to improve the AV technology used, once they have assessed the business needs and how it is currently used. The role will also involve setting up and operating the AV equipment, providing technical and how to support, assisting with pre-event planning, maintaining the inventory, producing documentation / user guides, liaising with 3rd party suppliers as well as providing back up IT support.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have strong customer service skills and proven AV / videoconferencing support experience. The ideal candidate will also possess a technical qualification as well as some experience supporting a Windows / MS Office environment, but these are not essential.
