Are you an experienced IT Training Manager looking for a new challenge? Would you like to join an organisation as they embark on enterprise wide transformation programme? Can you demonstrate a track record of creating and rolling out an IT Training Strategy including training plans, course content & digital learning solutions? Do you have excellent team management skills combined with the ability to influence senior management and stakeholders? This a newly created role that represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious IT Training Manager to really take ownership of and drive forward the training agenda implementing best practice and leaving a long term legacy. As the successful applicant your key objective will be to create an IT training strategy and organisation-wide training plans to support the implementation of new technologies and new ways of working within the transformation programme. To work in partnership with our IT provider (and other partners) to integrate training offerings into one training solution. To ensure quality training materials exist, the training model is embedded in the organisation and ongoing training can be managed. Key duties will include the creation of plans, business area by business area, to ensure maximum take-up and user confidence. Design and implement a super-user training model which promotes and embeds business ownership and delivers business continuity, develop a core group of BS Trainers to deliver training to super-users and manage the super-user model. Lead on implementation sustainable IT training and digital learning solutions by delivering high quality learning solutions using a blend of learning tools and delivery methods. To be considered you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of creating & delivering a company wide IT Training Strategy to a company, Strong People Management skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
