First Line Support Our client is an IT Service provider and they are looking for an entry level candidate to take care of the 1st line support needs of their clients. Remote Support - Provide 1st line support - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software - Ensuring all support requests are effectively logged - Ensure an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction - Troubleshoot and resolve front line issues and queries - Effectively liaise with 2nd line to troubleshoot and resolve calls - Ensure timely resolution of requests in line with our policies - Escalation of requests/issues where necessary - Promote the Service Desk in providing a one-stop service support solution - Setting up hardware and installing and configure software and drivers - Maintaining and repairing technological equipment (e.g. routers) or peripheral devices Phone - Attend the phone and log all calls. Email team members. - Take required action immediately Computer Hardware Repairs - Diagnostic and repair - Ordering the parts - Meeting and greeting clients - Arrange delivery/pickup Full driving license and use of car required, 9-5 Monday to Friday. On job training and experience to be gained, salary increases dependant on experience.
