Established in the late 1900's, this global managed healthcare company is going from strength to strength and has rapidly grown its market share across the UK. Having won a series of critical bids they are now exceptionally well-placed to generate significant business opportunities across their client portfolio.

They have now embarked on a major Programme that will look to implement a critical Open-Source ERP system that will revolutionise the National Health Service. In an industry with notoriously complex data, varying situations and sensitive information, the organisation requires a Solution Architect with specialist knowledge of ERP or HR (HRIS) systems, ideally in an healthcare or NHS setting.

Your new role:

As a principal strategic role within our new product developments, you will work closely with a dedicated back office team to design and oversee the full end-to-end technological solution - from early stage analysis and assessment through to high-level and low-level design criteria (HLD / LLD).

Expert in both software product and solutions architecture, you will provide the 'bridge' between the technical teams and the business functions, focused on our HR division. you will anticipate customer needs and proactively develop solutions to meet them.

ERP, HR (HRIS) systems specialist knowledge is required as you will need to provide guidance on ways to standardise process flows across the Domain to business partners, where process steps impact applications. You will also need to perform data analysis by mapping data and process requirements across their functions, creating Solution Summary Documents with high-level milestones and Solution Designs.

What you'll need to succeed:

Your experience of IT Solution Architecture coupled with expertise in HR systems and workflows, ideally in an NHS setting, will lead to your success. You will be experienced in business analysis and have a solid understanding across the entire software development life-cycle.
