Position: IT Service Desk Support Engineer Location: Bristol Salary: £20-£24,000 A renowned legal firm is looking for an IT Service Desk Support Engineer in Bristol. This role has the added responsibility of working on site for one of this firms customers. Only presentable, responsible, great communicators need apply. This business is seeking a self motivated individual who wants to achieve personal, team and business goals. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is interested in IT and is wanting to gain experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will be able to cope under pressure in a fast paced and demanding environment offering support to the users on site and in other areas, reporting to the Service Desk Manager. Key accountabilities - Providing support via telephone, email and remote access to users across the IT systems while adhering to strict SLA's and KPI's. - Creating and maintaining knowledge documentation for implemented resolutions. - Managing your own workload and incident list while monitoring the main ServiceDesk where new incidents and requests maybe. - Ensuring all calls are kept up to date. - Proven experience of working within a Service Desk support team and environment. - Proactively contributing to the team ethos and culture within the workplace. Skills and experience - Demonstrable working knowledge of support experience gained in a Microsoft environment, including Windows 7/10, Active Directory, Microsoft suite and Microsoft Exchange 2010. - Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards work. - Documentation management/ legal systems are desirable but not essential. - Previous experience of remote access and flexible working support. - Mobile device management support, including troubleshooting and administration.
