Communications & Fundraising Manager Birmingham Salary: £26,000-£29,000 per annum pro-rata (depending on experience) Part-time - 24 hours per week Our client, a leading provider of services for the elderly,is advertising for a part-time Communications & Fundraising Manager. This is a new opportunity for a talented Communications and Fundraising Manager to join a well-respected Birmingham based charity, dedicated to the needs of older people. Your role is to raise the profile and impact of our client's work with older people through digital, print and promotional collateral, and to exploit fundraising opportunities, especially in relation to charitable grants, events and donations. Our client provides a range of services for older people including sheltered and independent housing, care homes with nursing, as well as welfare guidance and a handyperson scheme. For this Communications & Fundraising role, you will be an ambitious creative professional with top-notch writing and team-working skills. You will share the charity's passion for improving the life choices of older people, dealing sensitively and compassionately with issues, whilst engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, from families to funders and regulators. You will have previous experience of managing budgets and commissioning freelancers and/or agencies. You will be objective focused and keen to contribute to the ongoing development of integrated marketing strategies and plans.
