International Engineering Consultancy employing over 4,500 staff globally are investing in their London Building Services Business and are looking to appoint an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer to join their talented team of MEP Design Engineers. This represents a unique opportunity in that it retains the feel of a smaller business, while benefiting from the power & reach of a global business corporate, providing the London business with a platform to expand their operations and successful bid for complex major commissions across the Europe. Presently their exposure incorporates high clients within the;

  • Aviation – recently secured in a JV with a leading Architect a new terminal development in Europe,
  • Hotel & Leisure – repeat business with several global hotel brands where they are undertaking client rep duties and provide full MEP design services,
  • Residential – complete design for high-end developments in the London market,
  • Commercial – track-record with a number of well-known leading London Developers
The post will suit an up and coming Mechanical Design Engineer who is looking to fast track their career while working on major commissions for a global business who can truly offer career opportunities into senior level positions as the London MEP team grows from 25 heads to 60 in the next 3-4 years.

To be considered you will have at least 5 years UK Mechanical Building Services Design experience, will be educated to degree level and possess exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. It is likely you will have gained experience leading the mechanical elements to projects and be confident in undertaking a client facing role.
