An excellent chance for someone with knowledge of the IFA market and a passion for business development to take their career forward on a front office capacity and contribute to the fortune of a brand-new business initiative for a market leading alternative investment manager. The role will initially have a telesales / business development focus with a view to evolving into a 360° sales and account management role with your own portfolio of strategic account clients Core duties: - Thrive in a high call (30-40/day) environment, ensuring calls are of good quality and procure relevant client information - Build and maintain relationships with IFA's over the telephone - Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPI's as directed - Arrange meetings for business directors with interested parties - Ensure leads and initial contacts are followed up in a timely and diligent manner - Offer feedback and reports back to business directors on performance and welfare of strategic partnership accounts and new business wins - Collate IFA feedback and other relevant information, recording on internal systems as required Candidates will need to have had experience of sales into IFA Channels, telesales would be preferred but other IFA sales e.g. distribution, relationship management, strategic partnerships etc could also fit in well here.
