VB.Net / VB6 Developer - Watford

If you are an ambitious VB.Net / VB6 Web Developer with an interest in learning C# / ASP.Net within the next 12 months then this could be the role for you. My client are a successful country wide business who have showed continuous growth through out 2015. They are looking for a talented VB.Net / VB6 Developer to join them in pioneering their market leading legal solutions across the UK and Ireland.

The Role
This role will see you working on enterprise level VB.Net ( Desktop and Web ) solutions used by thousands. My client have big plans to migrate all existing solutions from VB.Net / VB6 to C# / ASP.Net within the next 12 - 18 months so any existing experience in C# / ASP.Net will be beneficial, but is not essential - top training is provided with this position.

You will be expected to hit the ground running and get going on projects straight away so it is really important that you are a competent VB.Net / VB6 Developer. Coupled with your Web Development experience you should have a combination of the following skills and attributions:
* VB.Net ( Desktop and / or ASP.Net )
* SQL Server
* VB6 - Beneficial
* C# / ASP.Net - Beneficial
