Steve Lord is recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst to join a global biotechnology company at their site based in Welwyn Garden City on an initial 8 month contract basis. The main purpose of the role will be: Focus on user acceptance testing, working with team members, user community and informatics colleagues. As Business systems analyst you will work as part of the IS team responsible for the business oversight and maintenance of a variety of drug safety systems. In order to be considered for this role, you will be required to have the following qualifications, skills and experience: -Knowledge of drug safety -Experience in CSV and Drug Safety systems UAT -Experience in defining test scenarios and writing test cases/scripts for UAT -Experience in using an EDMS (project library preferred) -Experience in coordinating UAT with business members in different time zones / locations. -Experience in preparing and coordinating pre-requisites for executing UAT cases. Including UAT environment readiness, processing cases in the Drug Safety system, identifying source documents to process the cases as part of the UAT. -Experience in UAT defect/issue management -Experience and comfortable working in a global project environment with business and IT project members in different countries. -Good communication and collaboration skills Please note that your CV should show exact dates of employment (month and year) and any gaps of a month or more should be explained.
