This role will allow you to make a real difference and have a huge impact on managing measurable marketing campaigns which have a direct impact on generating sales.The Marketing Lead (Digital and Campaigns) will co-ordinate the digital and marketing campaigns across the Mike Burton, England Rugby Travel and Lions Rugby Travel companies to deliver the agreed financial targets. A huge degree of accountability, pride in work and ownership of delivery is needed to succeed in this role.The role will report to the Senior Manager (Marketing, Communications and Digital) and the successful candidate will have experience of planning, creating and delivering effective and complex digital projects and marketing campaigns to both consumer and business audiences, as well as strong knowledge of the overall digital environment.This position requires experience and knowledge in agency and supplier management, campaign creation, planning, delivery and the measurement process, as well as how to deliver effective sales focused digital projects and campaigns. Experience of working within travel, events or sport would be an advantage but not essential. The role will require excellent campaign, planning, relationship and people skills. The successful candidate will have demonstrable project management ability and have the expertise to work on multiple projects at any one time.
