Are you a Business Systems Administrator looking for a new opportunity? A role which is an essential part of the business and will allow you to grow your current skills and experience? Microlise is a leading provider of Transport Management solutions that uniquely combine Vehicle Tracking & Telematics, Journey Management and Proof of Delivery modules into an easy to use package with proven benefits. A Business Systems Administrator is required to provide proactive IT support to the business, in a broad ranging hands-on role. Your time will be split between providing support to circa 420 users internally over two sites, and working on exciting new projects. We are currently in the process of implementing Service Now, and will be implementing a new ERP system during 2018. You will play a critical part in the maintenance, ongoing support and development of the organisation's business systems, so you should be an accomplished Systems Administrator with expertise in the support, maintenance and development of business systems, ideally in a service orientated manufacturing business. Experience of supporting the following systems is required. Essential skills: Knowledge/Experience - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language. - Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail. - Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Able to effectively prioritise tasks in a high-pressure environment. - Experience of working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Experience of working on an ERP implementation project beneficial. - Ability to communicate with key stakeholders in a non-technical manner. - Provide first and second line support for all internal business systems and liaise with system vendors for support and upgrades. - Any development experience in Service Now or equivalent systems is desirable - Adaptable, keen to learn with a can do attitude. - IT related degree or equivalent.
