ALM Configuration Engineer - Tool/Medical/Validation The Role: As an ALM Configuration Engineer, you will support business toolchain selection as required from the engineering teams. You will support tool validation in line with industry standards. You will manage implementation and roll-out of new and existing tool to various teams within the business. You will manage ALM tools, including creation of project templates, structuring of workflows linked to business process, license and user management, continuous development and improvement to tools and integration of tools across the business. You will develop and provide introduction training courses to the tools being managed. You will provide support and guidance to users of tools. You: Have a proven background in ALM software, or toolchain management. Have experience of tool validation for functional safety or medical devices. Have familiarity with software and hardware development, for example, the product development V-Model and agile methods. Have experience of quality process, like ISO9001, would be advantageous. Have an excellent understanding of requirements capture and management processes. Have experience of Polarion ALM, Siemens TeamCentre for Systems Engineering or IBM Doors. Are proficient with common software products (e.g. MS Office, Project, Visio etc) Have the ability to produce formal documentation to a very high standard.
