Manchester based specialist school are looking for a dedicated ASD Teacher. This fantastic opportunity is at a secondary special school for pupils aged 11-19 working with a range of complex needs including profound and multiple learning difficulties and autism. All children at the school have a statement of special needs. The role will start on a temporary basis, for the remainder of the academic year.

*To have QTS
*To have experience of working with pupils with special educational needs

*To be able to teach outstanding and inspiring lessons in a variety of subjects

What you'll need to succeed
*Have Qualified Teacher Status
*Be a dynamic, hard working individual
*Be able to teach pupils with a learning disability and associated needs You will be teaching several areas of the curriculum, applications from teachers who have been trained to teach in primary schools as well as secondary and NQT's are welcome as are any teachers that have an interest or experience in teaching ASD pupils.
