Roc Search - Tech Team Lead / Lead Developer / Lead Architect - PHP, Agile, Javascript, SQL - London - Media - £60,000 to £70,000 Salary + Great Benefits Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Lead Developer to join their client's highly successful Product Development team. They are currently in the process of launching a huge business facing Product (developed in PHP). Some great modules have been completed so far but there are stacks more to work on and enhance. As the Lead Developer you will be hands on and also lead 2 week Agile based sprints with a development team of 3. The team have ranging experience from Junior through to 5 years in Front end and PHP Dev. Essential skills include: - Full stack PHP Development including any MVC frameworks (this client uses the latest version of Cake) - Proven experience mentoring/leading teams (of any size) - A background of working on PHP Business Products, the client feel that this role will not suit someone who is solely used to working on Websites/ecomm/high transactional stype projects.
