Service Desk Analyst (Out of Hours)
Service Desk Analyst required for leading organisation working out of hours (7am-7pm)
Your new company
A Service Desk Analyst is required for a successful organisation based in Birmingham performing a first line IT support function within the Service Desk working 12 hour shifts (7am-7pm) 3 days on and 3 days off, including weekends.
Your new role
Be the 1st point of contact providing high quality support service for internal users
Provide basic IT fixes and solutions over the phone
Respond and answer all IT Support calls
Escalate as required to the IT Manager
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to identify new opportunities within own area and provide workable solutions
Willingness to be pro-active, learn new skills and take additional responsibilities
Capable of working in a pressurised environment
Desirable technical skills include: Windows, MS Office, Active Directory Administration
