Software Engineer (C++/C/Server) £35-45k Looking a challenge working on multiple projects simultaneously and taking responsibility for sharing and delivering the tasks required? A great opportunity awaits a Software Engineer (C++/C/Server) to work on developing and testing new software for large scale platforms. Seeking to deliver services in sectors ranging from medical, consumer and industrial, Software Engineers (C++/C/Server) will be working with large scale platforms on the development lifestyle from early concept development, to live end user pilots and through to the roll-out of live commercial services. Software Engineer (C++/C/Server) skills required: - Good knowledge and experience programming with C/C++ and JavaScript - A 2:1 or 1st Class degree in Computer Science or a similar equivalent - Networking/ cloud experience - Development of server-side components - Good experience with multi-threaded code - UI experience- web and desktop Desirables: - Experience in connected device projects. - Software development for highly regulated uses such as medical and financial. - Desire to learn Node.js - Experience with Apache Cassandra and/or MongoDB. - Software development on iOS or Android - Experience in an agile software process. - Experience leading teams.
