Your new role
Your new role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance professional to manage the whole finance function and general running of the Kendal office as well as directly managing a finance assistant. Your new role will involve full autonomy and be working directly with the senior management team. It is crucial to the business that they find the right person for the role. This role would suit a candidate who may have previously worked in a Fnance Manager / director role, who may be simply seeking interim work or an established Finance Manager or Accounts Manager who has experience of using SAGE.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have at least 5 years experience working in a finance role and have managerial experience. You will need to have excellent Excel skills and have a good understanding of SAGE and other bespoke accounting systems. The business require a candidate who will immerse themselves in the role right away, show passion and commitment and who will provide the business with a safe pair of hands.
