Job Title E-learning Developer (6-month FTC) Location Remote with UK travel Salary £25,000 - £28,000 Instinct are currently working on an exciting new opportunity for an E-learning Developer / E-learning Specialist, for a good client of ours based in Leicester. You will have the chance to work within a creative environment, alongside a team of industry leading experts, developing digital learning content using rapid authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and managing it via the companies central Learning Management System (LMS). The Company Our client is a leading entertainment and sports brand, who are widely recognized as being the UK leaders in their sector. With approximately 10,000 employees and counting, there is an ever-growing demand for digital learning and the need for a specialist team to design, develop and produce a vast library of innovative E-learning content. The Role As an E-learning Developer / E-learning Specialist you will be responsible for: - Developing content utilising tools such as: Articulate Storyline - Maintaining and developing the LMS on an ongoing basis - Creating a wide-range of engaging E-learning content incorporating; video, audio, simulations and interactive quizzes The Person We are looking for an E-learning Developer / E-learning Specialist who: - Thinks creatively and brings digital learning content to life - Has experience with at least one major rapid authoring tool (ideally Articulate Storyline) and is comfortable in administering and supporting an LMS - Understands the Instructional Design process The Benefits - The opportunity to gain experience with a recognised brand who value their staff's progression - The opportunity to work 3 days' remotely with 2 days UK travel (predominantly Midlands based). - Salary of up to £28,000, depending on your experience + benefits
