This company has an award winning apprenticeship programme. Apprentices get involved in a wide range of activities at Carbon Six Digital that are core to how they make money - the design, development and support of web technologies. You will learn how to do this on time, on budget and to acceptable levels of quality. A job which allow you to develop your software writing skills and use your creativity. You'll work in an exciting agency environment with high profile clients alongside passionate and knowledgeable people. Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for the delivery of design, development, testing and deployment tasks of - projects and requests for service to agreed requirements and timescales; - Responsible for owning support requests while acting as the nominated Support Agent; - Contribute to the learning and development of team members. Demonstrating a wide range of skills and behaviours: - System Design (DESN) - Database/repository design (DBDS) - Information content authoring (INCA) - Programming / Software development (PROG Level 3) - Testing (TEST) - Systems installation and decommissioning (HSIN) - Application support (ASUP) - Service desk and incident management (USUP) - IT Operations (ITOP) - Database administration (DBAD) Required Skills: - Demonstrate good technical understanding. - Clever, sociable and self-motivated - Excited about a career in IT - Desirable have hobbies that are IT related (develop apps or blog about the latest games or tech) Qualifications: - Someone with ideally 3 GCSE grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
