2nd line Support Analyst - Liverpool - up to £28,000. The Ashdown Group has been engaged by a successful manufacturing organisation to assist in their search for an experienced remote and desk-side IT Support Analyst.

This is a large multi-site operation and IT support is provided from a centralised service hub at the Liverpool site. From here the IT Support Analyst, as part of a team, will provide support for IT Systems, infrastructure and applications.

Primarily focused on Windows servers (Active Directory management) and operating systems and working to the ITIL framework, you will monitor, manage and solve logged issues.

Additional elements of the role will include, hardware builds, software installations, patch management and project work. Knowledge of Navision,other ERP or CRM systems is highly desirable.

The company is an excellent choice of employer and is looking to give the incumbent plenty of opportunity for progression due to the large IT department size. They are hoping to pay a salary between £25,000 and £28,000 but will consider all applications, up to £30,000. Benefits include 25 days holiday and 6% pension contribution.

To be suitable for this role you will have prior experience working as a helpdesk analyst or IT support analyst and will have already provided commercial 2nd line support.
