Employer Description Established in 1991, my client are an award winning IT and Communications supplier who provide a range of bespoke IT and Telephony solutions to a broad spectrum of businesses across the UK. Job Description An exciting opportunity exists within one of the UK's leading IT & Communications specialists. They have an excellent team spirit so it will be a great place for an IT Apprentice to learn and develop. Duties/ Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: - Work remotely to customers and troubleshoot issues - Deal with customer queries via telephone and email - Liaise with other departments on queries - Work closely with suppliers - Assist with maintaining and improving the company network Desired Qualities - To be considered for this role, you as an individual shall have strong interpersonal skills and be able to take initiative Personal attributes that would be beneficial are: - A strong customer focus - Professional telephone manner - Good communication skills - A desire to continually improve your technical knowledge and ability through self-study Desired Qualifications: 3 x GCSE (or equivalent) at grades A-C in any subject plus GCSE English and Maths (or equivalents) at grade D or above Other information Working week - Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch Benefits A full time role, progression, potential for further training opportunities with QA Apprenticeships.
