At CFONE Communications, we specialise in the supply and maintenance of taxi booking and dispatch systems and two way radio equipment across a variety of industries throughout the UK. We are highly experienced in the communications and taxi hire industry, and have been trading for 40 years. We have a huge portfolio of products and services, which can be tailored to benefit all of our customers. This leads us to seek a dynamic, ambitious individual to join the support team. Key Responsibilities: - (Specific training given) for dealing with customer issues, password resets, new user creation, troubleshooting disconnect, memory issues, driver tracking, email setup and fault finding, adding new drivers - (Specific training given) for fixing Voip Phones (audio not connecting poor audio quality, one-way audio, music on hold, call recording, LDAP phone directory) (assign ports login to voip provider assign buttons on phones, setup call groups) - The Candidate should be able to fix computer issues - Build PC's and servers, upgrade memory, other components and fault find, Clean Viruses use team viewer, configure parental control software. - Must be able to drive to customers offices, show them how to use their phones, smart phones, configure their printers, and install / pc routers switches / trunking /cctv /voip phone systems, run network cabling fix BT sockets, make up patch leads. Required Skills: - Be presentable with good communication skills - Full clean driving license will be preferable - Self-motivated with hands on approach Important Information "QA's apprenticeship programmes may be funded in part by the European Union through the European Social Fund, which supports the development of employment opportunities and a skilled workforce."
