Robert Half Finance and Accounting are actively recruiting for a temporary Purchase Ledger clerk to support a massive housing corporation near Aldershot. The role is being offered as a 3 month temporary assignment. With onsite parking the business is looking to recruit a target driven purchase ledger clerk to join a high performing finance team. Key Responsibilities. - Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices. - Deal with supplier queries. - Supplier statement reconciliations. - BACS payments. - Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices. - Pre-payments and accruals. - Ad-hoc duties. Your Profile The successful purchase ledger clerk is likely to have had previous purchase ledger experience, specifically in dealing with high volumes. You will be working with a team of approximately 12 and reporting directly to the Purchase Ledger Manager. The Company The role is based in the company's well-established offices near Aldershot. Driving is strongly recommended. Working exclusively with Robert Half, the company has experienced a recent acceleration in growth. Salary and Benefits £11 to £13 per hour, onsite parking.
