3rd Line Network and Voice Support Analyst Marcus Donald are looking for a 3rd Line Network and Voice Support Analyst for a large charity in South London. You will be supporting the full life cycle of the network and voice architecture (typically switches, routers, enterprise VOIP system, fixed lines and mobiles, associated software services, bought-in services and those co-located in 3rd party data centres) to ensure the networks and voice services continue to operate efficiently and effectively to enable the business to continue meeting its aims and objectives. The successful 3rd Line Networks and Voice Support Analyst will support the work of the head of corporate systems and report into the Head of Messaging. The successful 3rd Line Network and Voice Support Analyst will be responsible for the installation of and support for: - Servers and all types of desktop endpoint - Storage and backup solutions - Database operations - Wide Area Networks (WAN) & Local Area Networks (LAN) - Messaging and collaboration services - Corporate application support - Software development - Peripherals provision and support - Fixed telephony lines and mobile phones - Mobile services and solutions - Security solutions Further responsibilities: - Contribute to the planning, installing, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance, changes, effective use and decommissioning of all WAN/LAN network components (whether on premise or in the public or private cloud). - Contribute to the planning, installing, upgrading, operation, control, maintenance, changes, effective use and decommissioning of all voice services (whether on premise or in the public or private cloud). - Assist with monitoring, testing and reviewing capacity, performance, availability, load and other operational metrics and take appropriate action to ensure corrective and proactive maintenance of all WAN/LAN network and voice components. Essential skillset needed: - Network (WAN/LAN) management experience in a complex multi-sited environment - VoIP, TCP/IP, WiFi, Radius, SSL, HTTP skills - Fixed PSTN and Mobile telephony - MS Office skills - Provisioning and Installation skills - System Management and maintenance skills - Network and VOIP diagnostic skills using tools such as Shark If you feel you`re suitable for this position and interested in hearing more, please apply to this role ASAP and I will give you a call to discuss further.
