The R&D Graduate Scheme:

  • The Research and Development Future Leadership Programme places you at the heart of the manufacturing process, giving you the chance to innovate and develop household names from day 1
  • You will have a choice of diverse rotations to undertake over 2 years, giving you exposure to 3 different R&D Functions including Category R&D, Global Regulatory, Clinical & Medical, Engineering & 3D, Sustainability, Consumer Sciences & Sourcing or Scientific Services Group
  • You will be involved with the full lifecycle of production, ultimately translating in-depth research into useable, safe products that consumers will love
  • Huge emphasis placed on actively learning on the job with the opportunity for fast progression
  • You will be working in the brand new R&D facility
