Agile Coach - We are seeking an Agile Coach to supply a mixture of 1-1 coaching to the existing project manager as well as coaching the wider team to help improve processes and delivery. Your responsibilities as Agile Coach include: - Provide 1-1 SME coaching to the team Project Manager on Agile processes - Initially grasp an understanding of how the team currently works and assess where improvements can be made - Make improvements to the teams processes where possible, that will in turn improve delivery of team milestones The performance of the role holder will be based on a rating scale, a score will be taken from the Project Manager at the beginning and end of the work package on key areas of agile and asked to rate their confidence in this area. Skills and background for the successful Agile Coach that we are looking for: - Significant experience of coaching both individuals and teams in Agile adoption - Ability to understand how a team functions and identify process improvements which can be made - Experience working with multiple and cross-functional teams - Proven experience of designing Agile Adoption Strategies for project teams - Be delivery and deadline driven - Project Management background Desirable: - Experience on projects delivering large scale applications If you are interested in joining an established Management Consulting company as an Agile Coach for our Media/Broadcasting client, please get in touch today to discuss the opportunity further.
