Job Title: 1st/2nd Level Support Analyst Location: Burgess Hill Salary: £25K - £28K per annum Duration: 6 Months (High chance of extension) Responsibilities: - First point of contact for customers - Escalate calls where required to the relevant managers - Work with your line manager to maintain the knowledge base that relates to our client's multiple sites - Manage small projects to completion - Train client's on new hardware and software solutions - Adhere to company policies and standards - Resolve all 1st/2nd level support incidents that come across your desk - Identify tickets that are at risk of SLA failure - Other duties as requested Requirements: - Educated to A-Level or equivalent - Proven experience of working under pressure - Impeccable communication skills, in both written and verbal English - Ideally with 1 year in an IT Support related role
