1st Line IT Helpdesk Support Analyst - North Kent - £20-£21k per annum My client is a growing organisation within financial services and they are in need of an IT Support Analyst to join their busy internal function that provides First Line IT Support to a UK user base of approximately 2000 users. This position will working on the service desk and managing a high number of calls per day. The post holder will be required to close off tickets adhering to strict SLA's. We are therefore looking for candidates who have experience working within busy helpdesk environments and are used to the demands involved. We are looking for candidates who are able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and also that they have a strong 'team' ethic. The experience needed for this role: * Minimum 1 years' experience in a 1st Line IT Support role * Utilising Active Directory for Account Management (Password Resets, User Set Up) * Working with Citrix for remote access support * Knowledge and Support of Windows OS' 7/10 * Knowledge of MS applications including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel * Understanding of Exchange/O365 for basic troubleshooting The IT Helpdesk currently provides a premium support service seven days per week. This is split into shifts covering the hours between 07:00 - 20:00 - all interested candidates will need to be able to work across this shift pattern as required.
