A new role has just come up at a UK wealth manager taking ownership for Strategic Communications and managing a small team. Based in great offices in the West End. Marketing Campaign Manager accountabilities & responsibilities: * Define and manage a target communications strategy focusing on attracting UK Intermediary and Retail Investors, to be used both in print and online * Define campaign objectives, set messaging and deliver marketing campaigns in a timely manner * Budget management for campaigns and marketing activities * Manage the team's CRM system, allocating workload and ensuring content is maintained and regularly updated. * Measure ROI and report back to the business on successful campaigns * Conduct competitor analyses and identify new go-to-market strategies * Management of up to 3 direct reports, conducting annual appraisals, offering on desk support and workflow management * Liaison with key internal stakeholders, including content writers, legal and compliance, product, sales and investment teams * Ad hoc support for wider marketing team Marketing Campaign Manager experience & knowledge: * Extensive previous marketing campaign management experience in Financial Services, preferably within Asset or Wealth Management. * Attentive to detail with clear previous experience in creating marketing copy and managing communications, on- and offline. * A skilled communicator and writer, with good presentation skills * A team player, ideally with previous people management experience or a desire to manage a small team.
