**About the role** We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, motivated and experienced trainer to join our team at our luxury retirement village in Painswick, Gloucestershire. The trainer will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering training to our staff using a range of methods to motivate and meet the needs of different learning styles. The trainer will also organize and deliver all mandatory and legislative training, including: moving and handling, SOVA, fire safety, customer services, infection control and others as appropriate, ensuring it meets the needs of the Care Certificate Framework. **About us** Situated on the southern slopes of Painswick in the beautiful Cotswolds, this state-of-the-art retirement village surrounded by stunning scenery provides all the benefits of a socially active community, including: a roof top restaurant, wellness spa with pool, beautifully designed architecture and landscaped gardens.
