Salesforce Apprentice, London
As a Natterbox apprentice you'll be exposed to the day to day running of the business and will learn what makes a business work and how to support each department to make it successful. You will work in the following departments and roles:Admin and Operations: Responsible for processes, people and systems across the whole company. Admin & Operations get involved with everything from configuring machines for staff, helping solve technical problems, deploying and running internal systems, programming, setting up and linking cloud applications and producing solutions to help staff in their everyday work.Salesforce: Administrating the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management system to ensure marketing can capture and nurture leads, sales can configure quotes and process orders, support can log support tickets and cases, professional services can install and deploy our solutions and finance can bill for them.Person specification:Good understanding and aptitude for all aspects of technologyThe ability to explore, research and investigate a task with minimal supervision or guidanceUltra-organised with strong attention to detailAbility to work in a team environment and good communication skillsAbility to ask for help when needed
You will receive your apprenticeship training and mentor support from Step Forward. You're eligible for Step Forward if you:
- Are 17 - 24 years old when the programme starts
- Are eligible to live and work in the UK and have lived in the UK or EU for at least 3 years
- Have achieved Maths and English A* - C or equivalent
