Graduate Application Support Analyst - Leading Financial Services Firm - London & Brighton - Graduate Programme - £30000-£33,000 The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the effective delivery of production services for a selection of the business's technology services, engaging within the Service Delivery function as well as internal development teams and 3rd party service providers. Completing these activities in a timely and effective manner will contribute to continued financial growth, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. This role is suitable for agile working. This means we would consider a more flexible working arrangement, where your hours and work location are managed according to business, customer and personal needs. For this role, you would be based in the Hove office, but you could work in other offices or at home, as necessary, provided this meets business needs. Principal Accountabilities: - Provide timely communication to users on the status of their service requests and incidents. - Focusing on continuous improvements to reduce incidents inflow and improve service levels. - Maintain IT application support technical documentation - Interact and communicate with business, third parties and stakeholders - Implement, verify and monitor required IT application changes in line with change implementation - Understand and comply with the IT organisation requirements, processes, procedures and policies - Perform minor enhancements to IT applications supported, based on the Business requirements and with close collaboration with development teams and 3rd party service providers. - Keeping up to date with technical and industry developments - Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability - Work as part of a team to implement system configurations, using technical skills and tools to configure the IT systems Capabilities & Behaviours: - Communicating & Influencing · Customer Orientation - Working Together - Achievement and Drive - Flexibility and Change Orientation - Creativity - Judgment and Analysis Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills: - Degree qualified in relevant field - Has awareness of technology change and release processes. - Someone who is digitally literate and is passionate about technology - Has a demonstrable passion for technology, emerging technology and it effective use - Someone who is digitally literate and is passionate about technology and innovation - A self-starter who can be relied upon to complete assigned activities on time. - Continually learning what good looks like, cultivating professional disciplines and acting as a brand ambassador for Technology
