Compliance Manager – National Facilities Management Provider

We have a newly created role for an experienced FM Compliance Manager for an established specialist FM Service provider based across a portfolio of large commercial contracts on a national basis.

As this is a new division within the company you will be at the forefront of the client contact and drive up the standards of the customer service experience and liaise with the Senior members of the Engineering Management team and have direct line of communication with the Managing Director and CEO identifying areas of urgency and directing the response team and providing time scales and deliverable targets for ensuring the highest standards across the organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

To ensure that all FM services comply with the requirements of the contract, policies & procedures. Implement, develop and monitor compliance policies and procedures to ensure governance of the contract and quality of service across all FM business areas delivered

Implement and manage a compliance/audit regime for all FM services (Hard & Soft) via tablets & CAFM systems.

Manage and design corrective plans as required to improve the operational effectiveness of the business unit.

Audit and Monitor statutory compliance across the contract portfolio.

Identify remedial action programmes and manage the implementation of these plans to ensure a target of full compliance is achieved

Implement and maintain the contract risk register, providing advice and guidance to the management team in relation to risk & risk mitigation

Attend monthly review meetings with the clients to advise upon risk and compliance issues impacting their business and produce detailed monthly compliance reports for the client

The Company

The company provides engineering maintenance services but also manages the Facilities Management Service to a large portfolio of commercial offices, on a national basis but 90% of the buildings are in the South East, central London and some in the Home Counties.

The company delivers a total FM package to its clients with the main focus on M&E but also includes elements of Cleaning, Security , Grounds and Infrastructure.
