2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC) We have a new and exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC) to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Watford as part of a 3 Month Fixed Term Contract during an exciting time of our organisation's development. As the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC) you will be responsible for all of our client's IT support, procurement and administration. The 2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC) will manage our service desk, overseeing all requests to ensure their triage and prioritisation, and then tracking through to final resolution. The 2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC) will have hands-on technical support to our client's staff. As the successful 2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC) you will work on a variation of hardware and software projects, so experience to both areas of IT would be preferable. Key skills needed for the 2nd Line Support Engineer (FTC): - Proven background within second line helpdesk support with technical fault finding experience - Hardware and software experience / knowledge - Technical build and problem solving skills - A passion for technology - Experienced in Helpdesk / Desktop support This is a great opportunity for an intelligent and ambitious 2nd line Support Engineer (FTC) to join a hugely successful company that always works with the latest, cutting-edge technology.
