A great opportunity has arisen for a Business Development & Marketing Executive for a national charity in order to cover 6 month period (could go to up to 12 months). this will be a part time role based in London. Business Development & Marketing Executive will lead on developing marketing strategies for the charity key programmes, and help to drive the sustainable development and growth of the charity, including through its core membership schemes. You ll be a creative, results-driven individual, who shares our values and passion for supporting grandparents and kinship carers. Key Responsibilities will include: Complete an organisation-wide audit and review of our current marketing position Work with the programmes team to develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans for the charity s products and services, including producing a range of marketing materials to support the development of key programmes. To contribute to an organisation-wide communications and marketing strategy, helping to reposition the charity brand to support organisational objectives To lead on the review and development the charity s membership schemes, producing a sustainable plan to grow our membership base to support organisational priorities To identify and assess new marketing audiences and business development opportunities To review and update existing marketing and web copy To work with the Fundraising Manager on the production of marketing materials to support fundraising activity and develop commercial partnership opportunities In order to apply you should have the following skills and experience: Experienced strategic marketing professional Demonstrable experience of developing and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies Commercial third sector/charity experience Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines Strong copywriting and digital skills
