A hugely successful Global Technology Business is looking to add a CRM Manager to their expanding Marketing Team.Responsibilities of the CRM Manager:
  • Execution of the global CRM campaign delivery plan across email and SMS.
  • Building customer contact strategies.
  • Setting up campaigns end-to-end.
  • Working alongside the digital team to implement robust campaign tracking.
  • Perform detailed campaign Quality Assurance checks across all campaign elements.
  • Provide campaign counts, volumes, and visibility of targeting and audience to CRM Manager.
  • Monitor campaign volumes and performance on a daily basis.
  • Carry out, daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports for the channel.
  • Continually analyse campaign performance, sharing results with the wider marketing team.
  • Working alongside with CRM Manager to drive insights to the rest of the business.
  • Requirements of the CRM Manager:
    • At least 4 years experience within a CRM role, (experience in an ecommerce or financial environment a benefit).
    • Experience of using email/SMS marketing broadcast tools.
    • Experienced in managing Quality Assurance for multiple campaigns.
    • Comfortable with planning campaign delivery and managing deployment.
    • Technically minded and comfortable with defining and feeding in requirements to our product and data teams.
    • An understanding of HTML.
    • An understanding of SQL.
    • Experience in setting up multi-stage CRM contact strategies.
    • Strong excel skills, comfortable with reporting on campaign performance using excel and direct experience with online analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
    • The ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment.
    Based CheshireUp to £40,000 + Bens + Bonus
