Legal Secretary - Conveyancing
My client is looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy team dealing with residential conveyancing.
This is a permanent position offering a competitive base salary and package.
My client is an independent firm with over 50 years of experience providing high quality legal services to clients.
As the conveyancing legal secretary will provide administrative and secretarial support to their fee-earners.
You will manage a full and busy workload to include audio and copy typing (minimum typing speed of 60 wpm), file and diary management, accurate document production, dealing with enquiries from clients and external professionals and working as part of a team.
As a conveyancing legal secretary you will have
- At least 1 years experience in conveyancing
- Fast and accurate typing speed
- Good organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent timekeeping
