In-house Paralegal Internship Contract - 8 weeks Start: ASAP I am currently looking for a Law Graduate / Paralegal for an 8 week internship working inhouse at a leading Fintech business. We require somebody to assist with: - A major migration of current data base of contracts across to a new system (ContractPod), this will entail legal reviews of the contracts and populating key contract information. As well as identifying any issues and report them to senior members of staff. - Migration of our clients in-house Management system (Blueprint) and be involved in migrating all historic information over whilst also taking ownership of the directories. - Provide adhoc assistance to the legal department. Essential requirements - You will be either a law graduate or 3rd year / MSc student with some real world experience working in a paralegal type role. - You will have excellent computer skills and attention to detail and be familiar with document management systems. - Proven experience in a commercial role / work placement, reviewing contracts or legal documentation This would be an ideal role for a law graduate due to start a training contract later in the year who is looking for some hands on work experience If you wish to be put forward for this opportunity then please send through your CV ASAP.
