They have multiple offices worldwide with over 3,500 employees and teams based in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. Description Product Sales Specialist - Collateral Management - Asia Responsibilities You will be part of the team of Product Sales Specialists for Collateral Management reporting to the Unit Head of Product Sales Collateral Management. As Product Sales Specialist (PSS) for Collateral Management, your main objectives are to explore business opportunities in the Asian and Middle East regions and support the organisation's existing franchise. You are able to share your knowledge internally and become the collateral management point of reference for the region. As a team-member of the product solution team, you will be accountable for the sales target for collateral management in the Asian and Middle East region. More specifically, you will: Build and maintain long term trustworthy relationships both externally (mainly) and internally, which are key to the success of this function: Externally: - Build and maintain solid and long term network within the Collateral Management world and leverage selling opportunities across the region. - Stay aware of market developments and follow, understand and anticipate where the market is evolving and competitors' strategy. - Leverage your external network, knowledge of the market and your own research, proactively identify business opportunities and play a key role in ensuring they are transformed into product deliverables that are able to generate the required benefits for both the client (existing and new) and the organisation - Participate and represent the organisation as a speaker in local collateral management working groups and market events/conferences - Ensure that new counter-parties are identified and prioritised on a continuous and in proactive way in order to ensure a continuous significant potential sales bucket is available. Internally: - You play the role of 'spokesperson' between the relationship managers (client side) and the product managers (product side) Profile Product Sales Specialist - Collateral Management - Asia Your Profile: - You have an extensive knowledge and experience in Collateral Management. - You are able to combine excellent sales skills with the ability to build good long term relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders (internally and externally). - You possess very good analytical skills for your own research with excellent public-speaking, presentation and communication skills. - You are client focused, team-player, self-motivated, curious, a fast learner, a good networker and negotiator, stress resistant and organised - Flexible to travel extensively in Asia and Middle East. - A very good knowledge of English is a prerequisite. Any other language(s) will be a plus. Job Offer A Basic Salary of £65,000 - £80,000 dependent upon experience Performance based Bonus Excellent Company Benefits
