My Taunton based client is looking for an Office 365 Support Engineer to support an established infrastructure team on an interim basis. Job Title: Office 365 Support Engineer Location: Taunton, Somerset Duration: 3 months initially (strong possibility of extension) Rate: £13 - £15 per hour (umbrella) Availability: ASAP Main Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Provide 2nd line Office 365 in accordance with defined ITIL processes - This will include but is not limited to: - Fault diagnosis and resolution of 2nd line Office 365 incidents - Delivery of service requests for Office 365 - Provision of technical advice and guidance to customers - Resolve 1st and 2nd line Office 365 issues and deliver service requests for customers - Ensure data security standards are upheld - Maintain appropriate documentation about incidents, problems, known errors, and all other related ITIL or ICT based processes and procedures as required Qualifications & Experience Required - Worked within an ICT Environment providing 2nd line support - Good working knowledge of Office 365 and delivering basic administration tasks including: - Account creations/membership changes - Password resets - Shared Mailbox permission changes - Active Directory - Exchange Online Admin Center If you have the essential skillset and wish to discuss in more details, please apply with your CV ASAP.
