Web Analytics Manager - London A very well known UK travel band based near to Oxford Street in central London is recruiting for a Web Analytics Manager, the position is a senior role in the organisation and reports directly into the ecommerce director. The role holder will be responsible for a variety of web analytics and reporting projects and will lead their delivery with various stakeholders in the organisation. Responsibilities: - Leleading the online analytics strategy and implementation on digital channels. Be the key point of contact for web analytics in order to deliver a robust web analytics roadmap. - Manage strategic analytics projects with digital agencies, marketers and developers to enable digital marketing projects key to achieving our ambitious revenue and costs targets. - Evangelise on web analytics across the organisation and train staff from various background on using Google Analytics and campaign tracking best practices. - Presenting/driving data awareness and analytic projects to heads of department to create a more data driven approach to projects. - Budget management for analytic and other third party tools and services (£150K) - Drive insight from data to make suggestions concerning both the site experience and commercial performance (for the website and mobile channels), including new feature development, testing, monetization of SEM/SEO traffic and call-to-actions that increase lead generation. - Manage our tagging strategy in order to track digital channels, generate further insight, improve data portability and minimise impact on site performance. Required technical skills / experience: - Extensive experience in web analytics, preferably with multiple clickstream analysis tools and technologies using different sources (Omniture, Webtrends, HBX, Core Metrics, etc.). Strong experience with Google Analytics mandatory. - Experience with Google Analytics integration with Dart Search, DSP and DCM - Knowledge of current/emerging marketing and analytics technology, such as DMP, DataLayer, remarketing, programmatic, DoubleClick etc. - Attribution analysis and modelling based not only on digital channels but offline channels such as call centers and stations. - Experience in managing technical implementation to enable Cross device tracking and also linking that to off-line activity such as station behaviour, eTickets, Wifi etc. - Experience in technical implementation of third party tracking tools and services using JavaScripting/JQuery and available API calls - Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as ClickTale, Session cam, Tealeaf, etc. experimentation and testing, Google experiments, Optimizely, etc. The roles is based near to Oxford Street in central London and offers a salary up to £65k with an excellent benefits scheme and industry travel discounts.
