Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you from a tier 1 automotive manufacturing background? Would you thrive in a challenging environment?

If so the Redline would like to talk to you about a fantastic contract opportunity with a leading tier 1 automotive client. They are involved in developing the latest safety critical systems for leading car manufacturers and due to increased projects they are looking for an experienced contract customer support engineer.
Would will be directly involved with the customer and tasked with improving APQP process to reduce warranty costs. This role is varied and demanding as you will liaise with customers directly regarding site visits, process and product audits and customer requirements and concerns.
You will need great attention to details to ensure requirements are tracked and entered properly and PPAP requirements are fulfilled to customer and TS16949 requirements.
