An excellent opportunity has arisen within an international, well known technology company they are looking for a Category Specialist - Corporate Services. You will be working with the category director operating over a diverse spend portfolio including HR, FM, Finance, Legal, Freight, Travel and other Professional Services. You must have high stakeholder management and negotiation skills, excellent category management skills and a strong understanding of end to end RFP processes, contract award and supplier management. Key responsibilities: . - Support the Category Director in development and management of the category - Develop, lead and deliver category strategies - Lead on negotiations to ensure savings are achieved - Deploy expertise within your particular area of spend - Supplier relationship management and development - Produce and manage sourcing activities - Manage significant and complex supplier contracts Key requirements: - Excellent category management skills and expertise in sourcing - Evidence of developing and implementing category strategies - Strong stakeholder management skills - Proven negotiated - Management of end to end RFO processes, contract award and supplier management This is a fantastic opportunity for a Category Specialist to work in a well known brand, within an excellent team that is growing and developing.
