Ten10 are currently looking for two commercially savvy Graduates (from any Degree discipline) to join our dynamic Brighton office. The purpose of the role is to play an integral part in growing Ten10 as a consultancy, arranging meetings with pre-qualified leads through the means of networking, recognising industry trends and reaching out to relevant companies.

Being a Business Development Executive:

The purpose of the role is to play an integral part in growing Ten10 as a business, arranging meetings with pre-qualified leads through the means of networking, recognising industry trends and reaching out to relevant companies.

Working on new business, the successful candidate will ideally have experience of working over the phone with a senior customer base.

The duties that will be performed within this role are:

Establishing customer/prospect needsQualifying and appointment booking.New business generation; using public information to find new prospectsData research and collation; adding new businesses to the existing database of customers and prospectsData management of an existing database of customers and prospects.Providing information to the Account Manager on prospects in a timely fashionUpdating and managing customer records in the company CRMQualification of prospectsYou must have:

A drive to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.Recently graduated from university or have a minimum of 18 months business development/sales experienceExcellent communication skillsPractical skills to deliver independentlyAbility to be flexible and adapt to changing environmentsA professional, enthusiastic, organised and driven approach to your work.The self-motivation to manage your own workload and drive toward success.In return, you will receive:
