About the Company:

Building homes for over 20 years this Residential Developer currently operating 10 live developments and ensures attention to detail in every one of their homes at every stage of the design and construction process. They are enjoying continued and successful expansion and have recently several awards at the 2017 Home Builders Awards. They deal with all aspects of the development stages such as house building, planning, design and build to ensure that build modern homes with a desirable specification to the clients expectations.

About the role:

Due to successful growth the Technical Director is looking for an experienced Technical Manager with preferably 10 years+ experience or at least 5-6 years+ who can work unadded and hit the ground running. You will be overseeing at least 2 RC frame developments of houses and flats up to 100 units individually.
