My client, a global securities services bank is looking to engage an OTC Project Manager, to manage a number of the bank's inflight OTC, Regulatory and System Strategic Projects. The role will require a solid project management skill set and knowledge of OTC Derivatives products. The ideal candidate should have: * Proven track record of global project management delivery within Securities services industry * Thorough knowledge of the financial markets and OTC derivatives products, OTC workflow from Trade Execution, Trade Capture, Trade Affirmation, Clearing, Accruals, Coupon and Valuations, CFD and Repo product and lifecycle knowledge * The ability to manage key Stakeholder's globally, gain buy in and influence * Good understanding of the Middle Office environment and in particular Trade Processing * Calypso knowledge Key Requirements of the role; * Manage the projects resources, supervise the projects from planning to implementation, produce the global projects plan, organise governance meetings to prioritize the different projects and escalate where appropriate * Manage the budget process of the global projects plan with stakeholders * Project tracking including; management of risks, issues, dependencies, actions, budget tracking, change control and regular reporting * Delivery coordination of functional requirements and System Integration Testing * Collation of materials, chairing and minutes for the internal and client facing Derivatives Steering Committees * Dealing with all levels of the organisation from developers to senior sponsors * Completion of all necessary processes and procedures to promote applications to production environment, including support handover Please get in touch to discuss the role further, email: [Email address removed] or call [Phone number removed]
