Director for Commercial Development and Finance Part-time:32 hours per week (FTE 37.5) £28,188 (pro-rata) The post of Director for Commercial Development and Finance is an exciting opportunity to join our vibrant and innovative social enterprise and to shape our future in this pivotal new role. We are looking for a creative, savvy free-thinker who wants to use their business development experience to help us achieve commercial objectives whilst championing social justice. Together with our Director for People Development, you will jointly lead this charity and will have the backing of a supportive and enthusiastic Board. As the Directors, you will develop a shared vision and strategic plan for Brunswick, offer strong leadership to a dedicated team and be guardians for the values and ethos that shape our work. Your role will be to provide entrepreneurial and innovative leadership for the development and implementation of business planning and promotion for our plant nursery shop and cafe; and across our core work areas including horticulture, garden services and crafts. You will be responsible for the development of our site to ensure it offers the environment and facilities that we need. Your role will also have overall responsibility for our finance functions including fundraising and contracts with Social Services.
