Principal Officer – Early Years
We are looking for someone passionate about leading key programmes of work focusing on early years, from pre-birth, including work across all sectors, to ensure the best outcomes for young children and their families. Principal Officer – Early Years Job Reference: 1727 35 hours per week, Salary: £42,316 to £46,009 per annum Base: London, EC1V The Principal Officer will be a senior member of the Early Years team at the National Children’s Bureau, working with colleagues to develop and deliver a range of projects. The role requires strong project management and budget monitoring skills, experience of managing staff, and excellent networking, and communication skills. Specialist knowledge of early child development is required along with experience of managing and leading in a field relating to early years. Candidates should be able to evidence successfully working with partner organisations and of supporting and developing practice. A genuine interest in, and knowledge of, the issues relating to young children and their families is essential.
